Emigrate was founded after 6 years of its founder’s migration from London to the Philippines.
Having gained local experience in the International recruitment market between the local licensed Philippines recruitment agencies and various countries, and witnessed the shifting of POEA from DOLE to the newly formed DMW with its rules being revised under the efforts of Deceased Susan Ople, the former Secretary of Department of Migrant Workers. who forever will be remembered.

Job Details
Nurses & Midwives
As a UK Registered Nurse/ midwife you will be working with NHS or Private Hospitals, You will have the advantage to practice your English enhance your career and learn more about different cultures while making decent salary and building up towards potentially acquiring a British Citizenship*.
Caregivers
As a UK Caregiver also known as Care Worker, Senior Care Worker and sometimes Support Worker.
you will be working with UK VISA Sponsoring Employers, to help deliver care and support. You will have the advantage to practice your English, enhance your career and learn more about different cultures while making decent salary and building up towards potentially acquiring a British Citizenship*.

Salary & Benefits for Nurses
The salary in the UK for a care worker should be at least £23,200 per year
Your salary can be more, depending on the number of shifts you work, and it can increase to the next increment on the scale depending on experience.
Band 5 salary range is the same in every NHS Trust or throughout the UK. Private hospitals may offer the same or better.
Hospitals based in high-cost living areas such as London pay a supplement to basic salary, to assist with the cost of living in high-cost areas.
Overtime & Unsocial Hours Payments
In addition to your basic salary, you may be paid more if you work during the times below:

Requirements
Nurses & Midwives
To apply as a Registered Nurse in the UK you must have the following:
- A Degree in Nursing
- PRC Registration with at least 1 year experience, You still can apply as a fresher once you have the PRC registration.
- If you are currently working outside the Philippines as a Registered Nurse you also need the local license of the country your working in, for example (Mumaris, or HAAD).
- You need to pass the CBT online assessment.
- You need to Pass OET or IELTS English Exam.

Caregivers
To apply as a Caregiver in the UK you must have the following:
- a minimum of TESDA certificate in caregiving or A Degree in Nursing
- 6 months to 1 year experience.
- You must prove you can read, write, speak and understand English to at least level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.
